Track your events, notifications, and results

Use the supplier dashboard, notifications inbox, and analytics to follow open events and outcomes.

This article shows you how to keep track of everything from one place as a supplier: the dashboard that lists your sourcing events by stage, the event cards and their statuses, the notifications inbox, and where award outcomes appear. A sourcing event is a request (RFI, RFQ, RFP, or RFA; shown as "RFx" in the portal) a buyer runs in the Strategic Sourcing portal to collect supplier responses.

What is on the supplier dashboard?

To see all your sourcing events, open the dashboard at /supplier/dashboard. It is also where you land after signing in at the supplier login page. The page is titled Dashboard with the subtitle Manage all your RFXs across different stages and organizes events into three tabs, each showing its event count. This table explains what belongs in each tab.

Tab

What it contains

Action Required

Events waiting on you: new invitations you have not started and drafts in progress, sorted by deadline.

Submitted

Events where you submitted your response and the buyer is reviewing.

Awarded

Events the buyer has awarded after you submitted a response.

The dashboard opens on Action Required whenever that tab has items, so your most urgent work is always the first thing you see.

The supplier dashboard with the Action Required, Submitted and Awarded tabs, the search field, type and category filters, and event cards.

How do I find a specific event?

To narrow the list, use the controls above the cards. The search box (Search RFx events) matches against the event title, description, and category. The Filter by Type menu limits the list to RFP, RFQ, or RFI events (or All Types), and the Category menu filters by the buyer's category. Filters apply within the currently selected tab.

What do the event cards show?

To judge an event at a glance, read its card. Each card shows the event type badge, a status badge, the title (click it to open the event overview), the category, the buyer's description, your response progress and the event's requirement counts, and a footer with the submission deadline and days remaining. Overdue events are flagged. This table lists the status badges and the action button each one pairs with.

Where do I see award outcomes and my response results?

To check results, look in two places. Award outcomes live in the dashboard's Awarded tab: events appear there once the buyer completes awarding, and View award opens the event so you can review the outcome for your company. Your individual response result is shown on each event's overview header as the response status: Submitted while the buyer reviews, then Accepted or Rejected once the buyer decides. Active price negotiations are flagged directly on the event overview with a Price Negotiation Pending alert; see the negotiation article for responding to those.

Where is my notifications inbox?

To review everything that happened across your events, open the notifications page at /supplier/notifications. The page is titled Notifications and lists every event notification with the related sourcing event, the notification type, and the time. To work through the list: use the search box, filter by notification type (grouped into RFx Events, Submissions, Negotiations, Questions & Answers, and Documents), and switch between the All, Unread, and Read tabs. Click Mark read on a row, or Mark all read to clear the unread count at once. Clicking a notification opens the related page. For example, a Q&A notification opens the exact question thread.

Which notifications and emails will I receive?
